swim. bike. run.
Waiting for our men to come out of the lake. Jeff, Jake and Greg were in the Bear Lake Triathlon this last weekend. They did an awsome job! Jeff did great considering he didn't train for it.

Greg finishing the swim. Jeff said he just about gave up after the first lap, but he is so glad he didn't. They all said that training in a pool doesn't prepare you for the lake. It's pretty brutal.

They are done and now off to get Bear Lake shakes.

Bent hanging out the exhausted daddy on the grass. We stayed the weekend at Jake's family cabin. It was such a cute little place. The kitchen was so vintage, I am in love with it.

Looks like it was way more fun to spend the day on motorcycles than at a race. Why go through all the torture of racing for a little medal? Did you think you would think you would get all the attention of Michael Phelps? Hopefully you came out with a great t-shirt that you can keep for the next twenty years and not let your wife throw away so you can remind yourself that "YOU ARE THE MAN". Love ya jeff
